Well I don’t know. I have been at this for a while. I came in I was hazed/harassed by not only the inmate but also the staff and supervisors. Now after being here 11 years I know why. They are trying to pick off the weaker people before they get themselves or others hurt. The staff at my institution are like family. We fight, bicker, call each other names, and even throw toothpaste at each other. Kinda sounds like children at play...

As of June 30, 2014, the number of drug courts serving individuals throughout the United States and its territories totaled at 2,968 (National Drug Court Resource Center, 2012). Despite the vast availability of drug courts, there is controversy regarding which measures should be calculated in order to determine an individual’s success within the drug court program. More specifically, there is a need to develop a compromised understanding between the definitions of success in the criminal justice system versus that in the medical field.
