POCATELLO — An inmate who went missing from an Idaho Falls correctional facility last week was arrested in Pocatello early Saturday morning. Skyler Eric Pulley, 27, formerly of Pocatello, has been charged with escaping from custody, a felony, and is incarcerated at the Bannock County Jail.
