| Description: | Position is offering a $2,000 bonus! This position is located within MCI Shirley in Shirley, MA working with incarcerated adult males. This is a locked facility with strict dress-code and other policies. This Counselor ensures that all inmates are provided with education in the assigned curriculum for the Tech-Based Treatment Program, approved by the Department of Correction, and are responsible for written documentation in the case records. This position also participates in a multi-disciplinary team meeting on a weekly basis or as directed. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. Pay Rate: $16.82 ($35,000 annually) Spectrum offers comprehensive benefits including but not limited to: health/dental/voluntary benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement!
